Dancer, Yogi, reader, world traveler, and... Pilates Instructor. I completed my Pilates certification through STOTT PILATES at Elements in Motion in Chicago IL, and bring 12 years of teaching experience to my sessions. I received further training on the CoreAlign equipment with Cindy Reid, I hold certification in post-natal Pilates through the Center for Women's Fitness, as well as certification in TRX Suspension Training.
Pilates is a well-balanced method of strength and movement training that ensures the spine is moved in all planes of motion, which creates balanced musculature and peace of mind. Joseph Pilates said, "Physical fitness is the first prerequisite of happiness." Pilates is for everyone, at any age or physical ability.
